Birthday Boy!

Walter's unofficial 1st birthday is tomorrow!!! The date has changed a few times as we watched him grow, but we are pretty sure it is mid-April. Walter is now a total of 113 lbs. I have a feeling his size scares people on our walks, but this guy is the sweetest, most adorable (sometimes), snuggle-bug EVER!

Let The Wedding Festivities Begin!

April is here and the wedding festivities have officially begun! Only 40 more days until my sister's big day and I can't wait!!! Saturday was Lauren's first bridal shower. We had a beautiful brunch with close family friends. Here are some photos from the day.

April/May is going to a fun, yet busy month for us....
- We will be cheering on Butler tomorrow night! Only the second basketball game that I've watched this year.
- Finishing my taxes. (UGH!)
- The Bachelorette weekend starts this Friday in Cincinnati.
- One more shower up in Holland, MI next weekend.
- Weather permitting, Easter weekend at the lake!
- Last minute shopping for Florida.
- Catch up on Sons of Anarchy. It's our current Netflix series.
- Packing and deciding what is and is not coming with us to our new tiny house. :)
- Packing for Florida!!!!!! (I have not seen the beach since my senior year spring break, it's time!)
- Finishing my MOH speech. :)
- Joining two other couples on Wednesday night for sand volleyball. Our first game is May 4th. Should be interesting....
- Trip to Florida and my sister's wedding!
- Moving into our tiny house with a fenced yard for Walter the week/weekend after the the wedding.
- Memorial Day!!!

I think there are a few boring weekends mixed in, but I'm having a hard time keeping track. Warm weather would be the icing on the cake for April, don't you think?
